At Landau Forte Academy Moorhead we have high expectations of behaviour. We believe that children
should be praised and rewarded for their hard work, effort, attendance and behaviour, through regular
verbal praise, stickers, certificates and encouragement from staff.
We aim to:
• Create an ethos that makes everyone in the academy feel valued and respected.
• Promote good behaviour through positive role models and rewards.
• Encourage kind, honest and thoughtful behaviour.
• Develop respect for their own and other people’s property.
• Develop a feeling of responsibility and care for the environment.
